WHY HUMANS VS ROBOTS TO BOOK YOUR VACATION?
Now that’s an interesting question. Here are a few reasons FOR robotic/AI bookings:
- 1. It is so much more “convenient” to look on the web using your phone device.
- 2. People like spending hours trying to figure out the best deals.
- 3. It doesn’t really bother folks when the hidden fees pop up at the end of their booking.
- 4. Server system crashes are expected to happen dummy!
- 5. People have faith that the Internet is working for THEM, and really is trying to get THEM the BEST deal.
- 6. People are very confident if they have a booking issue someone, maybe a person, will be there to assist.
- 7. I know they will be there if I we have problems with our flights.
- 8. Long phone holds are not an issue – am used to it.
- 9. On-line agencies promise to help if you have a problem during your vacation.
- 10. Anyway, AI (Artificial Intelligence) IS the future, so we should all get used to supporting machines.
